Outsource your sex educations needs to Datachem
“Mommy, where do babies come from?”
“Well, after a wild night of CTRL-ALT-DELETE, your father hit my CTRL-C then pressed CTRL-V, and nine months later, you came out from LPT1.”

Probably just Leisure Suit Larry, however that might have been others.

Leisure Suit Larry is probably the most common amongst most people. I would think.. Duke3D sort of had some sexual content but not like Leisure Suit Larry.

Did you guys/gals see the bottom of the ad?
“Orders received before Dec. 10 1987 guaranteed delivery for Christmas.”
I had pretty open parents, but who would buy this for their kids as a Christmas present?

“Hey kids, want to learn about AIDS and HERPES for Christmas?”

I remember playing a click-adventure game called Spellcasters 101: Sorcerers Get All the Girls. It wasn’t a very good game (pretty much played like Zork but with a static picture you could click on to select objects), but there was lots of very juvenile humor.
And, of course, there was the Leisure Suit Larry series.

Have I ever played any sex-related computer games? Does Custer’s Revenge for the Atari 2600 count? 😉

Leisure Suit Larry II was probably the first.
I doubt they could answer every question on just two 360k floppies. I can’t imagine any parent paying $75 for it.

While it’s technically a sex-farce, I have played Leather Goddesses of Phobos for C64. I’m not very good at that style of text adventure so I didn’t get particularly far in the story.
Also Strip Poker on C64 if you count that.
